Morning Dew by PoobaComment: I feel that a clean sharper focus will help this photo a lot. 8 |

The shape of a predatorby millsaComment: Very nice shot with lgihts from the back of the subject. Does not like the frame though.
UPDATE: I voted this an 8 for the capture (its not easy, I know) and also for the good use of negative space. I still think the border could have been narrow, IMHO. cheers. Message edited by author 2006-05-18 00:09:33. |

"O" i-seeby DanielCzajaComment: I like the colour and texture on the planks, the patterns and lines. However, the "peep hole" seems to distracts more than enhance in this case. Maybe it's because there is nothing to see beyond the hole (it's blurred). I think if there's something to "peep" on this photo through the hole (try putting something back there), it would help. 8 |

Washedby aznymComment: When I saw this photo, immediately JJBeguin's ribbon entry "Seaside Arabesque" came to mind. I'm not sure if converting this photo to black and white would make it better, but the overexposed whites and the detail-less blacks stopped me from giving it a 9 or an 8. The composition is good though. 7 |

Oasisby BradComment: I yearn to see what is down below. Might have been better for me if you would show more of the things below, from a top-looking-down sort of view. |

Angel Flew Too Close To The Ground by ColeyComment: Congrats on the ribbon! I gave this one a 9.
Well, you said you had plans for the sky and the trees if this hadn't been a Basic challenge. Maybe you can do it now and show it from your portfolio? Thanks! and once again, great shot. |

Crayon Go Roundby TuckersmomComment: Eh, is it my nickname? :p
Anyway, I like how the crayons angled and the colours. Very nice! Congrats on the top 10 finish :) Message edited by author 2006-01-03 22:51:56. |

wedphotoguyby AzrifelComment: you really should stop taking candids of people's behinds, my friend! LOL
anyway, good photo. The cropping of the larger window might have been nicer if you include the entire window and it's arc.8 |
