Fragrant Stillness

This is so sweet so natural and I love the softness of the orange yellow petals overlapping and cupping each other in sheer beauty. It seems to fade away towards the bottom below the water droplets, but feel the bright green background does take away some of its beauty.... My suggestion is that I like to see this cropped just below the water droplets without the green and feel it would be much improved.

I have a few images like this BLURED re Different GRASSES but not in BLACK & WHITE to my knowledge. I like the LEADING LINES here a lot and also the STRONG - SHARP - DETAILED - FOCUSED DIAGIONAL LINES against the other more softer Diagional lines Very BUSY but a GOOD ABSTRACT IMO.....

STRONG impact here.... Like the COLORS and the TEXTURES very much.....
I feel the two white areas distract one a little and maybe next time have a colored card behind the leaf if possible of say GREEN close to the same color as the leaf or even SKY BLUE card. Just a thought...

SUCCULENTS are a FAVORITE of mine... I feel I would have liked a tighter crop taking out some of the bottom and right hannd side as it a little bit distracting to the viewer.. Just my thoughts as I do love the center of this Succulent very much

I do not think you meant for me to LAUGH - but....

AT FIRST UNKNOWN TO YOU I not sure what you story is re the BACKGROUND of this photo, BUT my FIRST THOUGHT is that PUBLIC PHONES ARE A REAL STOREY to me. Yes this one SEEMS to be ok (re the height) but I do not think it works so that would annoy me.....

But what IS annoying is that most phone are often all out of reach for me, re PUBLIC PHONES and this is what I like to do to them..... hee hee, actually break them down... BUT this one is my size.....

YOU HAVE ALSO TAKEN IT at the LEVEL I WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT if it were my photo..... EXCELLENT

To me it made me LAUGH in the sense that most government or council public places and objects do not suit people of short stature like me, but I think you message it differnet to mine and thats OK.

I am pleased you entered this as it really brought home that everyone is different in there interperation of the style of SHERPET and for me this is great as it MADE ME LAUGH..... and it is COLORFUL..... THANK YOU very much...

I really LOVE the area of COLOR contrast and Bold statements from the Bottom area of this image, as the really make up a strong COMPOSITION for me...
The white triangle piece takes bothers me a little and wish it were all blue.
