At the crime sceneby psychephylaxComment: laughed out loud when I saw this :) Not only funny but captured well - simple bakground and nice, diffused lighting :) Colors could have been a little more vivid with a levels or hue/saturation adjustment. Like it nonetheless! |

We’re a Happy Familyby dadas115Comment: Nicely lit and composed shot, plus very engaging subjects :) Just wish there wasn't that beam sticking out of the iguana's head :) |

Quadrants and Buds by joannsComment: Very artistic and interesting composition. Love the colors and symmetry of the shot! The glare in the glass is somewhat distracting but I have a hard time myself removing these from my own photographs. |

There we areby jjbeguinComment: Love the different textures and justposition of the railing and tile's blue clors to the muted earth tones of the building. Nicely composed, with all the lines in the photo all diaganal, and interesecting at right angles. Though you needed the sign to fit the challenge, it seems out of place in the abstract though and the shot (outside of the dpchallenge context) would have been probably nicer without the sign. One of my favorites this week. |

windmillby jeboComment: Very moody. Original interpretation of challenge. Excellent quality of sky/fog, and I think having the photo exposed for the sky, with a darkened windmill, an excellent choice. Square framing is nice, wonder if there was a way to frame/crop the photo so that the entire windmill was in the shot, though stands alone well like this! Great shot! |

Old Mill Spillwayby GallatinComment: Too bad the lighting wasn't at another angle to avoid most of this shot to be in shadows. Otherwise it is a very nicely composed photo which really conveys the motion of the water. Like the vertical lines created by the falling water. |

The Fallsby jmsetzlerComment: It must be the slow shutter speed combined with the blue tone that makes the water look almost solid, like blue silly putty, but effect gives the photo an offwordly feel. Brook is also nicely lighted and exposed. I would have cropped the trees on top and just have the waterfall section. Might have been a stronger composition. |

Gridlock'dby arnitComment: Excellent photo, -> subject is clearly defined and yet she seems to be speeding towards the viewer. Clean composition, engaging facial expression... It would have been nice if somehow the lights that are near her lip and chin weren't there... The ones near her ears look like earrings which is pretty neat :) |

Turbulence - in a glass fountainby falveyComment: No comments for improvement hear. I like the composition and colrs captured in this photograph, especially the little bits of red (almost looks like sections of the watter is on fire). Motion is depicted well by the turbulant waters, and overall the elements in the picture come together to make up a compelling abstract. |
