He has a sweet face. Unfortunately, with him being dark-colored and the photo being a bit dark as well, it's hard to see detail on him. It does make the poor guy's cast really jump out at you, though.

Ahh, workboots. At first this just looks like a nicely-done photo of a pair of boots sitting on pavement, but the more I think about it the more I like what it says (in keeping with your title). I've never lived in a house where at least one person didn't wear work boots every day -- a very different kind of life from the one where work shoes are meticulously shined. :) Nice capture, pardon my rambling.
