She is just beautiful and the expression is so relaxed, framing of her face with the jacket and her hair, beautiful.

pretty woman and nice expression. Nit picks would def be the hair tie... common area of annoyance for me and my coworkers at the studio. hehe. Also I think her shoulder look a little tense and she could have relaxed them down and possibly have her thumbs out of her pockets..

the light looks nice, esp for DIY!

this is cute. I'd say just be careful of her eye direction and of his hands, his fingers look kind of weird.

I always learned when working in kid studios to make a loud noise or say something funny right before you snap so that despite distractions they will look at you. And if there is someone off on the side being especially distracting, I usually explain to them it is best for the child to be looking at me and if they could stand directly behind me it would help.

I also find the background a little busy, perhaps a more shallow depth of field would have helped.
