How many "what does this have to do with yellow?" have you gotten? I think this was a really different way to meet the challenge, and is nice for a change. And the photo is absolutely beautiful. I personally would have liked a deeper depth of focus, but that's just me. What kind of bird are these? This is a great photo, and deserves an 8.

Wish I totally understood how to do this to get this clear of black and white and then a different color. My color fades too much. This is really well done. Not an overly exciting photo, but you sure nailed the yellow part of the challenge. Good job. Wish the nuckles on the left hand had been in as good of focus as the rest of the composition. Still a nice job.

That's my question exactly. But what ever it is, it is yellow, and it is decently photographyed. Will admit, it's not exciting. Does the rest of it make it exciting? Will have to give you credit for yellow.

Glad to see I'm not the only one to stick pins through them. Course I then stick them on my kitchen wall for when a grandchild needs one for a science project. I don't have one of these. This is great. Can even see his stinger. Funny, odd, how it looks like he is trying to pull it out of him. Fantastic close up, well done. It's a 10 in my book.
