In natural color the "lips" would have shown up so much better! Any particular reason for your color selection? Other wise, this is a great shot. Good focus, nice cropping, nice composition. Just needs better execution. Have to shave for the color. I feel it is very important here. Still a 7. PTL

I'm not sure I know how to comment on this. What ever is on the base in front of the "Four" is distracting. The blue is even more distracting and even fights for your eyes, as maybe trying to be the subject. Focus is exceptional and can see the texture of the items. Like the color combinations. But something just isn't right about this shot. Maybe crop out the dark blue or put a different background all together. Another light source might get rid of the shadow. Hate to score so low on such a nicely focused shot. But 3 is all I can go. PTL

I like the framing of this very much. The colors are good. The focus is real nice, can see the texture of the fruit. My only real complaint is I've cleaned and cleaned my screen and still can't get rid of whatever is below the lime. It immediately caught my eyes. Other wise this is a nich photo. An 8 is great. PTL

Just a little hard to see the bubbles on the dark red background. Nitpicking - the background needs to be smoothed out. It's these nasty details that count. We don't see them on our photos but we sure do on others. Really over all not bad. Nice 6 PTL

4 Candles

That's 4 bright lights. From the thumbnail I was set to give it a 3 or 4, BUT...now it calls for more. The focus is good, the colors nice, the composition good, execution nice. What I like the most is how the light goes down into the candles a little. What I like least is hmmmmm. Nothing to really dislike. Not a 10 but a good solid 8. PTL

Not sure I can figure this out. The colored pieces appear to have a very soft focus, but the material they are on appears very sharp. That, to me, is strange. Good color. Not a lot of interest, but met the challenge. A bit dark. Don't like the background fading out to total black on this one. But not too bad over all. PTL 5

Looks like a beautiful guitar. I would like to have seen it in color. A little dark. Focus a little soft. Cropping tight. Dispite all this not too bad. 5 PTL

Not enough focus. At least the 4 bites should be in focus to show your subject. That's alright, I don't like hot dogs anyway. 1/4 focus = 2.5 or 3. PTL
