...off to Neverlandby dougmc1Comment: I am so torn on this photo. The timing is so fantastic. The fireworks are awesome. The portrait shot works well here. Then the bottome falls out of my "wow" and thrill. There's something wrong about the castle that I can't figure out. Then the photo abruptly cut off. The crop is a little tight on the top too. Without showing more of the village, at the bottom of the castle, the white lights are big distractions on each side of the castle. The people you could see, you've cropped off at the head, either in or just below. Best thing I can figure out is zoom out a little and see if that fixes it. But I'll still give it a 5. PTL |

Around the Bendby svitalComment: Lighten this up a little and it is a 10. I love the landscape, the composition, the subject, etc. The cropping is a little tight on the top, especially on the top right corner. Could come in just a hair on the left, if you had to, but I'd hate to see you lose than bend in the creek. Maybe zoom out just a little. These are just thoughts and suggestions to try later. For now just lightened would do it. PTL 8 |

Future Travel in Productionby EizlAwComment: OK. I get it, now. The angles of items are a little hard on the eyes, and the neck. Personally I think it is cropped a little too tightly. Pull back and give yourself some breathing room. I feel there is no breathing room in this. Can you understand?` That's the major problems I see. Not bad. Good thought. I'll give it a 6. PTL |

Nothing But Netby GolferDDSComment: Did the net catch it? At first I didn't like this at all. But kept coming back to it. It is growing on me. It's a little dark. Right now I'm scoring it a 6. I'll keep coming back and who knows where it will end up. PTL |

Sweet Dreamsby KimInNBComment: Well? Where did you end up going? Get rid of the dark yellow tint and this is fairly good. Don't like the grey lower right corner. Focus a little soft and appears to be a graininess. But not too bad. I'll give it a 5. PTL |

White Knuckle Expressby inspzilComment: I'm jealous. My turn next. I love this. But it does have some problems. Too dark and the fact that the snow is blue are the biggest problems. Not sure how you arrived at the blue. Soft focus is ok and the crop is good. The expressions on those tiny little faces add a couple of points by themselves. 7 isn't bad for one with these problems. The Gardenby snsComment: What does this have to do with travel? How far did you have to go to get this one? The brick work is out of this world, as is the wroght iron work. I wish you had zoomed out just a little to let the greenery frame the garden, to give some perspective of the garden in relation to the building. Can't tell too much from the sky but looks like you may have lightened it as much as you could. Maybe lighten a little more by contrast or gamma adjustment. Those help a lot if you have an exceptionally dark shot. This could be a georgeous shot at a 9. As is it is still good at a 6. PTL |

...and Through the Woods.by rcrawfordComment: This is beautiful. Where's the road. Oh I see, 4 wheeling. Ha, ha. If you didn't have the car there I wouldn't kow if this was color or B&W. Glad you left it color. I also like the TALL tree next to the car. It just adds depth for me. This is an 8 for sure. PTL Goo job. Wishing you the best. |

Harbour Bridge before NYEby 'PongComment: This is beautiful BUT. Don't you hate to see an all caps BUT? Pull back and let us see the bridge and the water it is over. You have less than half a photo. Also don't know about the angle, tilting bridge. Doesn't do it for me. Could be a good shot, but not as is. PTL 4 |

One Small Step For Man, One Giant Leap For Mankindby arnitComment: Didn't you submit this one once before, or one just like it? I wish I had that lens. All I get of the moon is a blurry light in the black. I don't like all that empty space on the left. Crop it out, to the same amount on both sides. That would help it immensely. As is it is a 5.
