I'm not going to make a call on whether this shot meets the challenge or not (given that the challenge was for song TITLES, not lyrics). I'd rather just vote on the image itself. I think the use of a longer lens would have helped. The wide angle has distorted the lines, making the shot feel awkward to me. It distracts me from the real subject of the photo, which is the girl and her thoughts.

The lighting is not very flattering, and the conversion to b&w doesn't really hide the snapshot feel of the photo. The centred composition and high angle also don't flatter much.

I like the dreamy soft focus. I also like the depth of field: the background is blurred enough to not distract from the gull, but it is also detailed enough to provide another layer of interest for the viewer.

Awesome shot. Everything in the shot works to make that tent a powerful focal point, from the lighting and colour to leading lines in the sand on the dune and the lines of the horizon. Spectacular.
