Love the tones and the shallow dof is exceptional. Had I been online to vote and comment on this at the time, I would have likely given it an 8 or 9. There are some truly spectacular shots in this challenge, to be sure, but what grabs me here is the gritty, hard light feel to the processing. Definitely post work choices that make it stand out from the rest, imo. Congrats on a good score!

Nice work Sonya. Karma gives great advice there. If it were me presented with this scene, I would have been more inclined to get down lower on the road itself and use the bend as my vanishing point with a slightly tighter dof. Awesome place to shoot. You really should make more use of this spot....
