I can't believe you got under 6 on this. I saw this in my last voting stages and was in a hurry or I would have left a comment. This is an exceptional photograph and clearly very misunderstood and very underrated. The atmosphere you captured is wonderful and moving. The image quality is fantastic. Colors, composition - all are superb. Stupid Voters.

Edit - in fact - to underscore my point, I'm adding this to my favs.

This is a cute idea. I agree that the feather should be in focus, if that's possible. Also - how about a crop that cuts out the mouth and nose and just has the eyes peeking over the rim?

Colors are good - a little contrasty in the face. Background is excellent.

I'd still go with the two people, though.

Oh - my kinda photo. I like it all - the dress repeating color in the violin case. The glimpse - and very clear at that - of the street musician. Perfect motion blur in the passers-by. Great catch on the left here with the advertisement. Don't know what the thing on the right is and don't care - awesome photo. 10

This is obviously very bizarre and yet it has interesting points - for one what seems to be the selective desaturation and then the repetition of greens. The out of focus thing - I can't quite get with that. And I'm not sure if it's intentional or one of those stupid tries for brown ribbon - though I don't think so, since it's too interesting for that... So I suppose I have to decide how *I* like it and vote accordingly. 5
