The blur and the overlay frame makes me think of those old polaroid pictures and the movie Endless Summer; where surfers look for the perfect wave. Love the mood and feel - as if looking back at a fond memory in an old photo album.

Love the robin's egg blue tone and paired with that beautiful white flower it calls to mind spring and spring renewal. The postcard overlay adds a touch of 'spring' romance to the mood and feel.

This truly takes star-crossed lovers to a new height:-) It does take on the aspect of a private showing - or perhaps it is a memory being replayed as the person introspectively looks back upon his past to relive happy times.

Bold and vibrant hot pinks on this lotus flower make it visually pop off the backdrop overlay. The overlay is also perfect for it calls to mind the thought and feel of an old scroll parchment with the asian characters written on it. Perhaps it is a haiku describing the beauty and characteristics of this flower.

Very subtle texture overlay frames it in that it gives a vintage feel and look to the composition. Gives it an old feel to add to the old world charm of days where the streets are cobblestone and laundry was aired to dry. Interesting cultural study too - pictures can capture the culture of a place and this it does quite nicely.

This just shouts 'Spring'. The delicate 'watercolors' of blues and yellows are soft and that compliments the soft delicatness of the flower. Lovely colors in this composition.

A very different take on the the overlay of the writing. Instead of laying horizontal it instead is on the vertical axis. The words now flow/grow in the same direction of the daisies. As such it makes me think the words grow like daisies toward the sun.

Totaly eerie and creepy. The negative space, color tones and the scratchy texture gives this a feel of watching an old nature show from 40 years ago on a film projector.

Love that fabric overlay! The feather invokes the idea of the soft and downy touch. The fabric overlay now gives it a feel of cloth - a soft and airy linen.
