Sorry to have taken so long to complete this critique ... but I have a few things that might help in future.

First impression:

Gorgeous - going for the cute shot is a good thing in the portrait challenge. and this one is oh so cute.

Theme
Meets the challenge and does so with gusto.

Technical
Good crisp shot with good DOF. The background is far enough back for no shadows and complements and not overtakes the fact that this little one is in pink. My only issue is the one bought up in your comments and that is the top space. However, I would not centre the baby I don't think that would have added anything, I would have allowed slightly more on the left ... not enough to centre just enough to balance her. (take it that this is a girl child)

Scoring better:
I gave this a nine ... it was a good solid shot with beautiful things to complement ... I think take note of what the commentators say and work more on your mind reading skills.
