Minimal, but the placement of the subject doesn't work for me, and choice of subject isn't particularly appealing to me, either. I would have made the background black either completely flat or with more texture; I find the one fold toward the left out of place.

This didn't strike me as particularly minimal, and the center alignment of the subject didn't really work for me, either. The other elements (the pole, the people) actually detracted from the minimal effect to my eyes.

I don't see much that is minimal about this image; it also has some issues with exposure and composition (it has a faded look that doesn't appeal to me), though I like the crossing vertical lines of the reptile with the branch.

I like the subject, but there's too much going on here, and the details are overwhelmed by the confusion in color and light, and sometimes are lost (such as the purple flowers in the entryway).

Interesting concept, but it doesn't work for me in the end, though I like it better looking this time than I did when I first saw it (and am bumping it up accordingly). Part of the problem for me is that the actual heart is not very sharp (and neither are the fingers); this could be a resizing issue, but I'm not sure. If it had been sharp, with maybe a warmer light, I think I would have liked it more.

There are some things I really like about this image, such as the way the light falls on the models and the bare part of the tree branch above them, but it is far too bright in the sky, and in such bright light I would have liked a wider depth of field so that the background was punchier in relation to the foreground.

There was not much about this image that worked for me. The lead runner is out of focus, but the runners behind are also out not clearly in focus. As an image, it's a shot of runners, but it doesn't take me into the action or do more for me than show me they were there.
