i saw it firstby GiorgioComment: the blue ribbon is MINE I tell you!! muahahahahaha!
hehe, sorry. nice picture. wish this were in the member challenge so you could have selectively sharpened the eye more. could have used a little more DOF to catch the eyelash detail. and not to be picky, but there's either makeup dust in the upper right, or those are blackheads. I like the mole :o). 6 overall |

Standing Apart From Anotherby rjksteschComment: okay, been trying to work out what bothers me. the composition is great. the poses are great, the expressions work for prideful intentional separation (anger, argument..) But none of those work with the wedding attire. This should be a happy occasion and these two look upset. |

Day Fiveby txeeyore1976Comment: have no idea what this has to do with pride, and the title gives no clues. the grain and tone seem a little affected if you did them on pupose. more creepy than prideful. |

Porter H.S. Pride Pyramidby eaglebeckComment: Thee composition of this is pretty good. would have been great if you could have gotten on the field, or gone to a practice and had them pose, you on the ground looking up to increase the sense of height. all of the cheerleaders ar fuzzy though, seems like the camera focused on the background? or maybe this was an extreme crop? digital zoom? also there is a dark halo around them that makes thngs look slightly off. hope this was helpful, keep trying. |

A proud womanby iluvlifeComment: the picture is okay as a portrait i guess, but she doesn't look proud or even happy to be there. |

Proud of my Femininityby danica22Comment: mostly good pose and composition. looked a little too grainy, and needs some more contrast IMO. The spot on the cusp of the shoulder going towards the armpit looks weird for some reason. |

Part of Meby bucketComment: loved the expression and the contrast here. usually big reflections from windows don't work in pictures, especially when the shooter is in the reflections :o), however I think after looking at this more than a few times, it seems that the reflection actually served to frame the girl. i like it, gave it a 7. |
