I am commenting on the 1st 25 pictures I vote for (to give good, bad, and average a chance at comments) and yours came up. I saw the thumbnail and was hoping and yet dreading this one.

This picture makes me uncomfortable because of the subject obviously, but also from where it was shot. Whether decision or because you had no choice, the "behind the trees" shot definately makes this seem like I'm looking at something I shouldn't be. But it's hard not to look.

I'd probably rotate it just a bit. Well done.

Two worlds - One bus stop

Technically this is very good. What really makes it work for me is that they do indeed look like they are from two different worlds. How they're sitting, their clothes, and even the tennis ball and umbrella make them seem sooooo different.

This looks like's it's [i]already[/] in a newspaper, which I'm guessing was the effect you were going after. I like the composition, but the kids in the background take away from the main subjects.

A different perspective on rising fuel costs; I figured somebody would do a shot on rising prices. You did a good job with the angle considering the cars weren't perfectly lined up.

I don't know what Anzac Day is, but your picture illustrates that it's something important. The B&W works well.

The title really fits the picture. The trees and background add to the composition.

I like the angle here and his raised arm. I don't know what was to the left of him, but would have been nice to see the whole word "Genocide" to his left. One of the best I've voted for yet.

You tell a story with this picture, and it's certainly an unfortunate one. The comp is really good, but there's something about the sidewalk that takes away a bit.

You've really captured the dress well, but it would also be interesting to see the bride's face.

Nice shot and certainly fits the challenge. It looks like the subject is really having fun. However, the landscape may not work well for a magazine.
