There's a lot that makes this picture work well. You have the two guys just relaxing, contrasted by the movement in the background. The strong (but not garish) colors are concentrated mid-photo, but reflected nicely on your verticals. The lines on the ground leading up to the street lead the eye back to the center after exploring the higher contrast areas. Outstanding job, Larry.

That is one interesting flower and you've captured it well. The blue/green tones in the background provide a nice backdrop for the strong reds.

I think this could have scored well in the Street Photography challenge. You've really captured some real life expressions well. I think regular B&W would make it a bit stronger without the slight color cast.
