Balcony Seatsby JuliBocComment: The perspective here is just fantastic and I love that splash of blue. Years ago I attended the Detroit Symphony in their hall (forget the name) and we were up in the nosebleed seats. The sound in the "bad" seats was awesome. Too bad these days many places just don't understand this and feel the need to amplify classical music. |

Ronby AliciaComment: This reminds me that it's ok to approach people and ask to take their picture. I see so many subject and yet can't seem to ask them. Very nice portrait and shooting into the light gives it a different look that works well. |

Drummerby AliciaComment: Awesome shot Alicia! He looks so engaged in what he's doing. Even before I read your comments I was thinking porcelain and fractalius. I think I spend too much on this stuff! |

Day 5 - Today's Paperby bs-photosComment: I find it interesting that you didn't vote for him and yet you realize how this is indeed history. It certainly doesn't matter who voted for him now, because if he does well it benefits us all. Even my 89 year old "not likin' the black guy because of color but won't admit the real reason" wants him to succeed. Your processing gives this the feel of a paperboy selling papers on the street corner a long time ago. Very good photojournalism, Brandi. |

A dreadful sight...by v3sn4Comment: Good idea, but for this to work for me, her face would have to have a bit more blue and she's also looking right at the camera. |

out of the blueby ZemmComment: Very interesting but just not enough blue for the challenge. (I do get the title, but it looks placed there for the photo) |

Into the Blueby brad177Comment: I like what you've done to isolate the bird and the negative space works well. However, the angle of the bird doesn't like it's flying into the blue by more downward and out of it. |
