This is really a wonderful shot and one that will probably be cherished years from now when the kids are grown. What really makes it for me are the smiles and interaction between the subjects. The 3 form a nice triangle to lead the eye around the photo. The lighting is good on the children, but it would be nice to balance out Dad a bit in the back.
