I like this a lot. It has a certain surreal quality. Interesting composition as well, I think the strip of sky along the top is unconventional but works well.

Looks oversharpened. Too much blue/purple tint. Also, there are a lot of elements in this to distract the eye. The sign, the traffic light, the buildings, the 'university' sign, and the 'gp' at top left all distract. What's the subject?
