I'm only kiddingby ArjayComment: Another striking photo! Wow, only a twelve month journey into photography...you have such a solid grasp of the fundamentals and your photos are so full of story. This speakers corner must be quite the place! |

Hauntingby ArjayComment: Another excellent photograph. Marvelous depth and dimension to this as well. As far as your attraction, you must be an eyes person, always a strong focal point in your photos.
One thing I'm wondering, in your portraits the subject often is centered in the frame. Is this by design, as the background usually balances out the composition? Or simply something you do subconsciously? |

Uneasy feelingby ArjayComment: First off I have to say excellent photograph. As far as the hate/anger I'm not seeing it, probably just a case of not knowing the circumstances and not seeing this in the same context as you. He definitely does have a very piercing stare though, imaginably very uncomfortable in person. |

How you doin'?by MattOComment: The colors are spectacular and the composition is also very nice. My only complaint is that this gets a little on the busy side. |

After the gameby oscarmeyerComment: Some very nice light and shadow action going on in this photo, really looks cool. The windows however, divert attention away from the ball and also pull the eye out of photo. |

Slipwayby John WhiteComment: Some great, warm lighting you got here, really looks nice. I find the composition a little on the busy side though, just too much going on. What's happening to your left? You might of been able to get some nice leading lines from the boat rails if you could of composed more in that direction. |

Pelican Briefby julesskiComment: The lighting is excellent, very dramatic. Your choice of DOF is also just right. The bird is way too centered and compositionally and overall feels a little unbalanced. One suggestion would be to move a little to your right, placing the bird to the left one-third and keeping the sailboat in the same position in the frame it is now. I think that would help the balance, and give a little separation between the boat and bird.
I usually try not to give how I would of done it comments, but I really like the light and DOF. I think the composition I described would compliment nicely. |

Hellby jbeazellComment: Sure looks exactly like the title says. The scene that is, not your photograph, lol. The branch coming in from the side doesn't work at all. A lower perspective where you could get those silhouetted, leafless trees more in front of that gloomy sky might also of been interesting. |
