Kiss the Skyby hanaeComment: nice blues. For me, this photo would hold more interest if the subject wasn't so centered in the photo. |

"Stairway to Haven"by gisliComment: My favorite part is the sunlight on the structure itself against the blue of that sky. |

Playground Equipmentby Pug-HComment: I had two thoughts when I first saw this: 1) I'm being held captive and he's the captor; 2) Lassie brought this man to rescue Timmy from the well (tee hee). One of those photos you can create a story from in my opinion. A little dark overall, but I guess that adds to my initial reaction. |

Autumn in the Rocky Mountains. by jimsappComment: Ooooohhh, I love the birch trees and the white of their trunks is shown well against the darker blue sky and autumn leaves. I like it. 8 |

Why, Hello There!by TranquilComment: I'm not a fan of flying insects, especially moths and butterflies, but this actually made me smile when I saw it. Perhaps a bit too much of the blurry foreground leaf, but nice macro. |

Union Timeby brizmamaComment: My favorite parts are the columns and clock post itself. Bit too much shadow are on the left maybe? I wonder how this would look if cropped in a bit more from the left? Good, solid blue sky color. |

iron horseby HellboyComment: Personally, I'm not a fan of photo-editing filters - just not my cup of tee. Compared to other entries in this ground up challenge, the subject matter doesn't hold my attention. The whites are way too overblown. Perhaps if this was just a black and white photo without the filters it would have been more appealing for me. Sorry. |

A Horse of Course !by taterbugComment: Wow - great low angle. I like how the horse is keeping his eye on the viewer. Nicely done in my opinion. Good, strong vertical photo. |

Autumn Approachesby mpetersComment: I like the concept. The falling leaf seems a bit blurry or pixelated on my screen though. I also wish there was just a bit more hint of autumn color in the tree above. |
