The Candy Jarby ElaineComment: I like your idea. For me, if it was a bit sharper overall (yeah, I'm one of those that prefers crisp images) I would have scored it higher. I do like how you can see the candies inside - kind of like individual little pods or something - cool effect. |

On Edgeby macrothingComment: Your photo has a graphic appeal to it. For me, it would work well for an alcohol ad campaign. Cool colors (ha ha, no pun intended), and I like the off centered composition. Good luck in the challenge. 8 |

Broken Stemby JutildaComment: Nice, simple composition. The leaf seems out if it's natural element - I keep thinking it's in a sink or bathtub. I do like the broken stem part though. That area of your photo is my favorite. |

Cool Green Flame of a Submerged Flower!by DianaBComment: Neat concept. I've been looking at it for a few moments now. For me, I wonder how this would look with the stem of the glass completely cropped off. I tried it with my hand and liked it better, but that's just me. |

Holographic Ringby ucanoeComment: Not a bad idea. I think maybe a better reflecting surface, less noise/grain and a bit more sharpness around the ring itself would enhance the photo. Also, for me, I find that when the main subject is off-centered it adds more interest. |

She is more transparent than the rest...by TOYComment: Interesting and thought provoking title. I like the "ghosted" legs and feet around her. I find the car in the background a bit distracting, but sometimes you can't help that stuff. Nice job. |

Backlit Sea Glassby jodiecostonComment: Nice geometric shapes and I like the softness created by the colors and lighting. I could see this as an oversize color print in some high class spa. :-) |

left behindby jmritzComment: Your photo is one of those for which the viewer can create a story - with or without the help of your title. I like that aspect. I wish the reflective lines on the left side were a bit less pronounced, especially through her face, but overall...well done and good luck in the challenge. 7 |

brook waterby dragonladyComment: Well I must say, of all the leaf photos I've seen in this challenge, this is my favorite of the lot. I like the water and light reflections. Nice colors and composition too. 8 |
