Reach For The Sky Outtakeby hotpastaComment: We need to have another from the ground up challenge! I enjoyed shooting for this challenge and from the looks of it so did you. Another cool outtake. The diagonal composition works really well especially for this odd shaped building. |

Reach For The Sky Outtake REDby hotpastaComment: I think you made the right choice in terms of the highest possible score but that aside I like these variations. It would make an interesting pop-art like arrangement if you hung them on a wall together. |

Buddy Franklin Fliesby hotpastaComment: I love the colors. So crisp and clean too. The background is also really good as it doesn't distract. The pole isn't great but it's so far off to the right it doesn't bother me. |

SAW by Joey LawrenceComment: Originally posted by klstover: I was so afraid this would ribbon, because now I have to stare at the thumbnail on the front page for a while! Congrats though. :-) I am so disturbed by the thoughts of the movie, and I haven't even looked at the full version of this photo - just your thumbnail alone has enough impact for me to be bothered. I hope that you will consider this a compliment, because I am truly in awe of your ability to bring this movie to the photographic medium. |
LOL. I wondered about if the gross factor would prevent it from winning but I guess not. Now I will have to bookmark another page for a week. Come to think of it that's not so bad since Joey will have to see it on his front page for quite a bit longer. :P
ETA: Btw, congrats Joey. Message edited by author 2006-09-06 01:30:22. |
