I find it interesting that there are no straight lines in this photo. If I were to re-title it based on my interpretion, I'd call it "joyfully subdued". The curves give it an energy and the colors tempers it somewhat. I like it as is but I think a bolder color combination would have given you a higher score with the rest of the voters.

FLOWING INTO FALL

I have mixed feelings about this shot. On the one hand the lower half of the shot is artistic and brings all the elements together into a harmony, which to me meets the challenge beautifully. On the other hand, the top makes it look like a shoehorn attempt to get a waterfall shot included in a still life challenge. Can I fav half of the photo? :)

Just my opnion of course so just take it as that. Good luck.

Great idea. I think a little turbulence added to the fall of the leaf would have made it a little more believable. As is the straight line drop makes it look a little fake.

I like the arrangement and the mood you created but the toy kind of ruins it a little for me. I understand why it's there but if it could have somehow been used in a way that didn't say this is a toy it would have worked better if that makes sense. Perhaps a color shift would have broken that toy perception? Just a thought.
