You did a great job with the DOF to keep your subject clearly in focus and separated from the backgound, while still allowing the surrounding environment enough clarity to complement the portrait. The nice, warm, even light enhances the natural beauty of your model. A hint of sparkle in the eyes might improve the image even more, but perhaps it works well as it is to lend a far-off, introspective mood.
