You've probably already heard this, but it is really hard to see the birds in such a small picture. Have you looked into Paint Shop Pro? The tree appears out of focus, but I like the clouds.

Nice capture of the approaching clouds with just enough of the blue sky left to give the feel of movement. Very vibrant colours on the hills. The only thing I find distracting, and it might just be my monitor or from resizing (I'm not experienced enough to know), is the white line on the highway. It seems to have some diagonal lines showing rather than being a smooth line.

good choice of subject. The dark upper corners don't appeal to me and the colours seem off in general. The whites are slightly blown and overpowering in the signs.

leaves are definitely busy. IMO, perhaps aligning the bird more to the right side instead of directly in the centre would help compositionally. Focus is too soft for my taste and colours are very muted.
