Irricoverableby herfotomanComment: Unless the flame goes out and, well, he̢۪s got it.
This is a great capture telling a story I don̢۪t know the beginning or ending to but what is happening now. If it was my shot I would probably crop most of the sky and soften the image and somehow increase the contrast to bring out the chaser. Mind you, that might just turn out crap but right now that is how I would approach this image. |

Not in the Moodby skewsmeComment: HA! Before I saw your title I thought this cat is not in the partying frame of mind. I love it when an image can capture human emotions in our pets. |

Happy New Year!by P-A-U-LComment: Clever use of bokeh to simulate the champas. I would love to see the bottle in better focus but this may not have been the sort of shot that could be redone to achieve the best results. |

Cheers! by giantmikeComment: The reflection of the fireworks in the glasses really makes this image. Great idea and nicely done. On a personal note I would love to see this in b&w. I know it would result in a lower vote but it is something I think may have created something really interesting for me. |

It's my party and i cry if i want toby mrbig65Comment: Seriously! Is that an eye? I was wondering how you managed to achieve the large bokeh with the sharp firework at the one location and then I read your title and had a closer look. Actually, I had a further back look and to me this may be an image of an eye with the fireworks somehow reflected or the bokeh reflected in the eye. OK, I̢۪m confused but also intrigued. This image becomes more fascinating the longer I look. Nice. |
