7 - Looks like the details lost at this size are likely there wall sized and this would make an excellent 'wall sized', especially with the right framing. I like that this is different by being (seemingly) deliberately cold, isolated and 'lackluster'. After looking at this a while, the ponting/deck dominates more and leads the eye 'out' of the frame to the right, yet the distant sloping of the landscape and edge of the lake are not quite strong enough to counter-balance that bringing the balance/eye back to the left of frame, if that makes sense. Perhaps tweaking that 'somehow' may have made this even stronger, that coupled with perhaps a more refined crop on the left where there is 'half' a hill/mountain in the frame.

8 - Beautiful. Very good concept. Excellent title. Fairly minor, but 'Be Different' - all in title case would be better in my opinion. Like to have seen the 'different one' 'pop' more, somehow (maybe even by a variation in crop, although I do like your framing, crop and composition). Maybe also cloning out the tip of a bud poking over the top as well, but again, fairly minor.

Every time I see this image, I keep wondering - is this an orchid bud?

edit: Thank you for the clarification. The folds on the edge of the petals and the way they are tucked in there, plus your unique angle made this, yes, very mysterious. A very unique image.

7 - Super strong composition and crop. Strong complementary tones. The shadow play gives it the extra drama too. The line top right is a little distracting, but fairly minor. Nice ve hi cle. Be nice to see the 'flamethrower' texture/metal bolder, 'somehow'. Good title.

6 - The angle and lighting are nice, can't help but wonder about a variation in crop (much stronger on the left) to show both their faces more and improve the overall balance.
