assemblyby nadiaCComment: Be good to see the 'entire meal'. Looks like a good concept and well executed. |

Liar, Liarby nadiaCComment: Didn't vote in this Challenge, but like the concept. As for your request for suggestions on the smoke, no expert, but would suggest faster shutter speed (can't see what you used) and more light play. Trying to keep a low ISO as well to minimize the grain. The few times I've tried to capture it I find that natural sunlight works best. Perhaps this image would have had a more dramatic effect with a more unusual angle/perspective. Would have been good to see the 'pants' too - if he has any. |

Lactose Intolerantby Rob OComment: I gave this a 4. The concept was 'ok' in my opinion, but what held it back mostly was the 'busy' milk carton and the 'line' in the background. I liked the idea of 'holding the stomach', but that was probably the strongest 'personification' aspect, in my opinion. The 'vomit illusion' was quite well done - but is never going to be that pleasing to look at, for most. |

Lion Eats Giraffeby OmanOtterComment: Originally posted by OmanOtter: The giraffe broke its neck in a fall. A pride of 11 lions found it and claimed it for themselves. This is about 24 hours after the lions initially found it -- lot's of meat left. Early on a rainy morning, so not good light. |
Wow. Did you happen to see the giraffe fall or someone told you? (will check back 'later' to see if you include in your comments. As for the image, shame it cannot be 'rescued' to show more detail. Is the lion(ess?) walking on it? (will check back later) |

Frozen Motionby alexjackComment: Nice image. More of the ice might give it even more, not sure. Don't know that the framing is enhancing the image - but your call, obviously. |

Cat's Eyeby EdGhotiComment: I only voted about 30% of this Challenge and didn't get to this. Hypothetically, I likely wouldn't have scored it too high. Like the concept and the eye, or rather pupil, looks like an underwater shot or 'otherworldly'. However the other aspects of the image dominate too much in my opinion and are also too grain/noisy/something. 640 (or 720 if allowed) would help - again, if the quality was there. |

With Intentby EdGhotiComment: Originally posted by sevilduvarci: very nice capture, i like the focus and clarity. |
I agree. Like the capture of the flies as well. Especially like the use of the OOF fore/bokeh. Colors are nice. The subtle old style grain/whatever works well in this, in my opinion, giving it an almost matte like appearance. |

I agree. Very nice composition in this. 'If only' a little sharper on the face but.. still good. |
