a dream about fallingby posthumousComment: Oh. Poor thing. This image much softer and more height would have been better in my opinion. However it may be just as you wish. Don't mind the toning. Like your title, fits. |

Adirondack Mountainsby StrikeslipComment: 8 - Wow. Love the rays. Nice clouds, nice deep color in the sky. Like the shadows on the land. Nice composition (although maybe a fraction more clouds, but difficult and minor). The russet color of the flora, I'm guessing is natural and not pp induced. Such a shame to view this image at this restricted size. Looks slightly tilted, but could just be the landscape and or perspective. |

rice fieldsby whiteroomComment: Noticed the cow at the last minute. Shame I can't see it at this size. |

Jennifer a Study in White Light.by QuigleyComment: The light is nice on her hair and face, but the pose and expression looks too.. 'posed'. Overall she is too far 'up' in the frame, in my opinion. |

Sugar Mapleby KronusComment: 7 - Think I saw this one in color a few weeks ago. Beautiful image (beautiful tree) which this size doesn't do justice. Do wish I could see more detail in the branches/leaves, but again, might well be there 'bigger'. Those two dark 'somethings' creeping in left bottom corner of frame distract a little. |

perfect waveby nixterComment: Your title is a little confusing when the sky dominates so much, unless I'm missing something. Nice scene/image - the b&w/toning works well to bring outthe sand, grass and rocks - do wish there was a little more balance overall in the image, ie: more sand, grass, rocks to offset the sky. |

blissby PhilComment: 7 - Nice warm light. Minor, but I find the shiny object back left slightly distracting, having said that, perhaps going for more of a vertical framing and possibly cropping that out, might have given this even more of an edge. Nice moment capture. Peaceful scene. Good title. |

Lone Acornby rugman1969Comment: Nice colors. Wish the whole acorn were in focus, but then you might lose your nice bokeh a little. I think this bigger (640) and a variation in crop and composition would have made a stronger image. |

Fading Amberby NordlysComment: 7 - Nice sunset. Like your composition. That 'pole' at the bottom keeps distracting me though. Difficult, but if the silhouettes of the trees/leaves were just a little 'bolder'/sharper, make this even stronger in my opinion. |

Quillby IreneMComment: 7 - Nice. Like your frame color choice. My eye wants to see it taper up the top, but it works well like this. At first I thought this was some type of liquid flowing. Nice quality. Shame that the resizing has forced this to have some jagged edges - maybe trying to 'smooth' those in pp, but minor. I'm sure it is not there 'big'. |
