Wow. Love how the backlighting has made the talons translucent. Shame about that 'something' upper left behind the feathers, but I doubt you had much time for anything else. Don't often get this type of opportunity. Good and unique image.

I gave this a 4. Quite a nice capture with her eyes and the mane / hair blowing in the wind. Depending what you had to work with, perhaps a variation in cropping, including a nudge rotate up on the right to straighten. The centered composition isn't as strong as something off-centered may have been in my opinion, but again, depends what you had to work with. The tone itself perhaps a little strong (especially on the pink side) but that could be intentional. A variation in the hue/tone may have brought out more features as well. Overall the focus seems a bit soft, but could be a result of the pp.

After reading your comments, perhaps there were better images to be had of some mares with foals, but who knows.

Egrets...I've had a few.... But then again....Too few to mention....

Excellent capture and clarity. No idea what you did to get the DQ, but hope it was a 'just' call. Like the water coming off the feet. And yes, good title.

Beautiful image and captures. Like the rich green grass against the little lamb. It's a shame that time lapse photography can't play a bigger role here at DPC, 'somehow'. And "three lambs" - ha.

Nice image - once you take the time and study it to see the detail, unfortunately I doubt many will during voting in the Challenge. I'm sure the detail is much more discernible larger in this b&w. Nice frame/framing.

Nice colors and oof effect created on the metal strings and guitar itself. Compositionally, needs some adjusting for overall balance, in my opinion.

8 - Very good, the effect has worked very well. Difficult, just wish the jets had the same pop that the smoke does, but I realize a lot is lost at this size. Unique image.
