I can't put off shaving these any longer! by MakkaComment: Makka, Wow - way to go! I know yours and Bec's faces, but I didn't catch this one. Wonderful shot and great set up. I'm betting that Bec is celebrating for you, but wishes secretly that she had shot it.
Excellent start to a new year. |

Beachedby akinserComment: Beautiful processing and strong diagonol presentation. I feel the top of the mast was important to have in the shot, as it currently leads my eye out of the image instead of bringing me back in the shot. |

Evening Winter Mistby clp1000Comment: The "monotone" works well in this image giving a mysterious feel. The composition could be stronger, as the pole in the center and the bright spot take center stage. The nice feel carries this image. |

The Remains of the Dayby RulerZigzagComment: Beautiful shot and well processed. Smooth, minimal noise with detail and a sense of the excitedment of the city. The wide angle distortion is showing slightly, but only slightly distracts. Excellent image. |

Misty Day (Li River, China)by jbsmithanaComment: Very mysterious mountains with a great feel to them. The river is almost extraneous. Your sharpening has left some haloing around the mountains. Overall evocative. |

Cautious Approachby Shadowi6Comment: Beautiful reflections and tones in the water. I feel the reflections are stronger than the actual trees. The trees closer forward have been pushed too bright and feel unnatural. I really like the trees down river. |

The two of usby nikuserComment: Fun expression and interesting eyebrows. The dof is a strong element in this image. The two are tied together yet distanced by the focus. |

Butterfly Camouflageby JuliBocComment: In deepening the contrast, the depth between the butterfly and flower is lost. I think it's a gorgeous picture with grand color. I'd love to see it processed a bit less contrasty. |

Darknessby MarellaComment: I have a feeling that there is more here than I am able to see (and my monitor is calibrated - it's a PC) I'd love to see what you see in it. (Just moved to the strongest angle I could find - theres some good detail there & it's very pleasing). I'll bump it up |
