The Starbursts of the lights and lights of the cars are very nice. All the technical aspects are nice, however, I dont' feel like the backdrop is anything out of the ordinary, just looks like a regular suburb with signs and sidewalks and all that. So, I hope you take this with a grain of salt, but I feel like this pic overall is nothign people haven't seen before and so it might have been reflected in your score.

Its a funny picture and I think i'm one of the few who get the title, hah, but I would have to agree with the choir here and say that the execution is not exceptional (not that I could do better! I don't know anything about lighting :P)
