Seed Noirby rinacComment: DOF really makes this shot for me, along with the rich deep b/w tones. This shot really does live up to the noir film feeling. Well done, 10 from this viewer. |

Swayby jmritzComment: This is another one of my top picks for the front page. Great lighting and composition. I wonder if people are saying anything about the blade of grass behind our main subject? Not to worry, this viewer doesn't mind it at all. Well done. |

Gift of lifeby LalliSigComment: Okay first of WOW! What an awesome picture, idea and model! I can't believe all the low scores this got...have people lost their minds?!?!?!?
Second, I guess people can't see the beauty in the human form. I didn't vote on this challenge Larus, but if I had, this would have gotten high marks from me for perfect lighting (as usual) and a creative take on this challenge. This is in NO way tastless IMHO. Congrats to you and the beautiful model for this stunning work. |

Restorationby RKTComment: This is really, really nice Rachel. I'm sorry to say that I missed this one again during voting but I would have given it high marks for such a deep tonal range and the great composition. Very nice! |
