Delicate iceby jeromComment: Tastefully and sexy. Well done a 10 from me. I'm also glad to say that it's refreshing to see a beautiful shot without neatimage all over it. Or (in case you did use neat image) the effect used sparingly. |

Honesty vs. Ethnocentricityby thevesselsinyourbruisesComment: This is a very disturbing image to me. I'll be honest, I had no idea what the word "Ethnocentricity" meant so I looked it up. After further review, I really don't understand the definition behind "Ethnocentricity" and the statement on the woman's chest. The only thing that I can come up with viewing this shot and the definition of the word is (and I'm guessing here) a woman socially bound against a relationship that isn't socially acceptable?.?.
Either way about the shot itself, the lighting here suggests a raw and moody element that to me speaks something in the way of a ransom photo. Either way it evokes pure emotion from the viewer be it good or bad it is a powerful statement.
As I stated before this image disturbs me, with that said, I'm not voting down this picture because of the power it creates when one is viewing it. I'm giving you a 7 for a striking, emotive, and demanding shot that captures the viewers attention. |

Swiss Egg?by rwaudioComment: Interesting, I'd love to know how this is done (with the egg). Lighting is a bit dark on the upper left but overall I like this shot. |

Untitledby buddybuddy1226Comment: Nice shot, I think it would have more impact it the cat was looking towards the viewer. Soft light is nice but it's a tad over done on the right hand side. Still a nice entry in this challenge. Good luck! |

The Dog Went Firstby hideoutComment: Great job...once again! I think there's this one place called Moab, you should try and shoot some pictures there, I hear it's beautiful! Only thing I see hurting this shot is that it's blown out on the top right hand side, I think this limits one from seeing that the reflection keeps going through the shot. I'm wondering if people think that the mountains reflected in the pool are actually rock?
Still a sweet shot with great detail in the prints left behind by man's best friend.
