bothers me. I think it reflects negatively on the artist when the body of work is one subject. they are stunning animals and the poses are terrific, but ... dare I say it? yawn. |

title refers to that one beat after the end of a nice solo stint that ended the piece; audience and musicians seemed to agree that he nailed it. apologies for not getting the names as this was an early set at a club that treats jazz more as backdrop to the bar and dinner crowd - thus usually nyc session players, not "names" - I hope to print this and take it by the club and ask who they are and to give it to them.
