"re"-develop? one very late building (+ wtc 7 completed years ago). manhattan and even the outer boroughs have always "evolved", never needed "re" development. I like the emphasis on the sky here. very difficult shot as it is so common taken from the SI ferry or liberty island ferry. nyc not easy to capture with originality. gl.
