I like how all the lines converge toward the top... great effect. I am assuming that you zoom in or out during the exposure.

I have seen many traffic motion shots before, but this is the first that I have seen that incorporates an overpass. I like the effect, and your red/orange tones stand out nicely. The only critique I would have is the bottom left corner. If your tripod was higher, you wouldnt have the fence cutting off part of the light. I doesnt affect how I will score you though. 7

I really like the effect in this shot. The inclusion of the flag in the top, the motion in the car, the abstracted view of the stands. Outstanding shot... conveys motion really well.
