Ammended comment: The challenge was to take a picture of city life. Although to you this is what you have to deal with in the city, it is your experience. No one can interpret your experience. There is nothing to even indicate this is in a city. Just pipe ends - no traffic patterns around them (foot paths to show they are 'in the way'); no indication of city and in fact looks like it could be out in the woods somewhere with the weeds and growth.

Again, it may be something you personally have to deal with so in your mind this is a good fit for the challenge. But in reality no one here knows you have to deal with this and when thinking of city life, this just doesn't show it.
