I tried following the feathers but they led me nowhere. I think it would have been a much stronger entry if the subject was the only element in the shot.

I don't get it. Is your arm supposed to be the leading line? It doesn't lead me to the cans or the gun. It just makes me want to get the shot off the screen. Sorry - just being honest.

The DoF bothers me. I fail to see a leading line. I mean the stem doesn't do it. I am way more distracted by the out of focus parts than I am led to anything in the picture.

This reminds me of the movie The Machinist. I am not too fond of the post processing and I fail to see any leading lines in the shot.

Technically i think the shot could have been executed a little better. I don't see the rose petals as a leading line though. I am more distracted by the DoF problems than I am led to your subject.
