Too grainy - a lot of noise here. I also find the lighting to be too harsh on the spork, while lacking on the background.

The image itself is a bit dark. If there were more reflections from the water it would help some, but still lacks a 'center of attention' or focal point. I'm not sure I would have chosen to crop this vertically - but hard to say without seeing what you had to start with.
As for the challenge theme, I really don't see this as an image that was shot at an angle that 'made' the image which in my mind is what the idea was.
On a positive note, you did get nice sharp detail and the DOF is good.

Nice shot. For future reference, you could try sitting the bag of ice on a stool in front of the background, and use a tripod. That should make for a crystal clear focused image. Just an idea.
