Sepia tone refers to the coloring of a black and white photographic print that has been toned with a sepia toner to simulate the faded brownish color of some early photographs. The color tones here just seem more b/w ....a lot of grays, rather than browns.
Aside from that the composition is strong, as is the focus

Aside from that, I find the angle really hampers rather than helps this image.

The lighting was poorly aimed resulting in some undesirable shadows. As for the composition, it would have been better to follow the rule of thirds here, instead of centering the model. Some fill light would have lit up the face better and showed more expression.

Aside from that, the highlights are a bit blown out by the harsh sunlight also.
