Lightnessby ccjpComment: Very good shot - It is an interesting silhouette view of communication between a child and an adult. I enjoy the the expressive gestures of the two (or three ?) subjects against or near the fence. The picture conveys a dialogue between the people about the view of the water that they must be seeing. The crop is generous with the black border - especially on the bottom and right of the picture and might have been a little tighter, but I do like the inclusion of the hand rail on the left and vertical line on the right. I question that it is a candidate for the abstract gallery. Message edited by author 2004-04-20 10:21:54. |

ventana miaby rananculusComment: An interesting combination of translucent rectangle glass textures. The palm fond and wrought iron placed and existing behind the glass creates added levels of visual texture. Pretty. |

Through a Beveled Windowby MarjoComment: Good colour work on this very formal piece...... sharp focused yellow flower enhanced by the beveled jewel really pops out from the green translucent light of the window. A good thoughtful design. Enjoyable to view. |

untitledby soupComment: for me this is a good b&w..... subtle and seamless dof fades front to the very sharp focused fly..... fffffff composition elements of soft H came w/ formal design mix including beveled jewels and chipped glass is interesting. |
