Minimum contrast b&w conversion - an unorthodox graphic approach - probably will not be too popular. I think a interesting image and good overall composition, very subtle diagonal emphasis to the dock. A good dockside view loaded with hardware & nautical detail.

A intelligent use of a tilt in this composition. The rendering of this beautiful natural scene contributes seamlessly, lends itself to angle purposefully, and appears to have minimized the self conscious effect of the technique.

Sky looks good, though as said - architecture sharpen might have been given more attention. However I like the interesting triangle shaped building which could have been given more prominence, it works well on the horizon line with the smattering of lights on it.
