fyi 7.... early morning fisherman - a excellent subject & good presentation.
A very good, near perfect transition image..... minimal edit as specified by a basic challenge can sometimes impose graphic limitations. More aggressive use of contrast may have contributed more impact.

weed appears as some kind grass plume.... enjoy the detail. Edit emphasis w/selective cool-neon/duotone has hand coloured quality. I like the image.
