I think I would have loved it better if the pictures weren't that bright. To me it's like the chicken and the egg, what's your main subject, the candle or the pictures. If the pictures were darker, the candle could stand out more. Overall a nice photo though.

Oh I would have loved it much better if the dog hadn't been there. It would have been much more subtle, but that's my opinion. Though a very nice dog, he/she's taking the attention away from what should be your main subject, the lamp. He's not even looking at it. But I won't vote it low, because overall it's a nice photo, which meets the contest.
