What a cute face with such sad eyes! I really like the BW here, it helps bring forward the bleakness. Only wish the ear wasn't cropped at the top. From the way I am reading your title, I believe that this is a pound puppy that was deserted. If you had a cage that would really bring that point across better, but then again I could be wrong! Very haunting photo. Excellent work.
