Constant O2by CuttoothComment: I am beginning to realize that my occasional bluntness has been a source of inspiration for several of you.
Is it by restraint you flipped this otherwise poignant (self?)portrait? |

Pauseby markwileyComment: A grand classic revisited, fun and fetching. the dead center character is perfect there. A slight tilt up to get a little less pavement and a little more of this chicagoan massacre on top would not change much but would fit everything a little more neatly in the frame.
A great shot in any case. Was this staged? |

#Birdmanby odriewComment: With all its flaws this image has some integrity. A splendid miracle! |

Faith Fact and Forgeryby PennyStreetComment: right away I recognized the picture that inspired you (though it has never been published here, on my web site I guess) Nice forgery indeed!
I’m guessing this could be a DonZ |

A Conversation is So Much More Than Wordsby illini75Comment: This is a picture worth much more than its truistic caption would suggest. What a blunt depiction of aging humanity! The dermatological nightmare that your processing has underlined manifestly overwhelms the conversation part of it, but that’s ok. Strong image. |

Essential Papers on Kabbalahby namComment: Nice tonal work here. If I once see my work forged, you will be a choice suspect. Coming back once more on this image I definitively would square crop it. Nobody will miss the cars on the left and it would also strengthen the composition I feel. To my surprise I recognized this place from a series of photos I had seen quite recently. The spirits involved here are more bound to wine than the Arizonian arcane. Nice work. |

Hitting the Next Rampby DamonComment: Striking image! fine tuned processing. I have the impression of seeing a movie still. The character’s intense expression leeds me to wonder what it’s all about (your tittle did not help me much); that’s where the really shallow DOF gets in the way. Besides a ceiling, a light, perhaps a ventilator, the clues are rather scarce. A very good shot nevertheless. |

This is the Chalice of my Bloodby the_rkpComment: Quite an enjoyable scene. nice find! I seems you tried to fit two pictures in one here, human interest and architecture. If you had moved your camera down diagonally to include more of the two thirsty gentlemen I feel your image could have been more compelling than it already is.
I have a suggestion for a slightly less blasphemous title as well: “The Sipstine Chapel” |
