Very nice. Love the texture in the petals and snow. Would have been a 10 if you could have gotten an all dark or all snow background. I give this one a 9.

Absolutely Awesome. Out of all the thumbnails, this one screamed out 'me first!!!'. Love the color & the lighting & the perfect focus. Fits the challenge beautifully. 10.

Butterfly

The effect of the light thru the bottles is really neat. I think it kind of overwhelms the butterfly though. Maybe if you'd used only one color of bottle it wouldn't have distracted from the butterfly as much.

I really like the cloudscape. I think, though, that because it is such a beautiful background that it overpowers your subject. My eye is especially drawn to the light in the center of the cloud formation, and the parasailor (?) seems to just fade into nothingness (it may in fact fall into my blind spot when I look at the lit clouds).

Definately meets the challenge. Cloud cover makes it a little washed out. I think this might have been a more compelling shot if taken on a clear day.

I love this shot. Unfortunately this does not meet the challenge IMO. I do like the colors & textures, and the clarity is really good. I wish this fit more with the challenge.

Very nice photo. Gorgeous colors. Would better fit the challenge description (IMO) if either a) it had more beach, less sky or b) had more sky, less beach. Also would like to see subject entering the pic rather than leaving it; this almost feels like the subject is abandoning the pic.
